Same here, 1st and third light are static green, nothing on 2nd light and 3rd light is static orange. This is the black sky hub on ultrafast fibre.

And mine but service check on sky site says all ok!

Having the exact same issue to! First and third light green, middle light flashing Amber or nothing at all. Service checker tells me everything is fine! Might be some issue somewhere by the looks of it

Honestly don't know what's going on with it! I've reset my router and everything!

Mine is doing the same, Ive checked my status on the app and it says it's good, Ive reset my hub etc and still not working. Can anyone offer a solution or is Sky completely down?

Mine has just come back on, might be best to turn off router for 30 seconds thenturn back on and see if it then connects?
