There is no sign of the item working as it little sign is red all the time when it should be green.

Basically think it's because one of your workers turned up and told me it won't work as there is no landline telephone connection as I've only got a Sky mobile.

Your are talking to other customers only on here and not Sky support/

 

Are you saying you have no working broadband, was it ever installed, what actually did this engineer say or even do so did they leave and suggest anything like calling Sky ?
