There is no longer WiFi coverage throughout my house. The old router was better than the new Hub 6

Have just replaced my Black Sky Broadband Hub with a Sky Max Hub (Hub 6)  - I have not changed the router location or the location of various devices including work laptops. The WiFi signal is now very weak / non existant in our living room affecting a printer and another work laptop. I do not want to move the location of the router as it is located in my office where I am connected by an ethernet cable . Should I return to using the old hub ? What could be done to improve the signal ?

@Jimthefish  Did you take out the broadband max subscription along with your broadband subscription?
