There is no internet connection (LAN and WiFi) from my Sky hub
I have lost internet connection since an hour now. No LAN no WiFi. Tried to fix using sky App. And strangely it says all working fine. Even my TV says not connected to network.
in fact my sky app goes one step further to add I am currently getting 127mbps. Strange to see such disconnected information in todays tech advancements. The least the app could do is show the reality of whether internet is passing through hub or not.
entered my landline number and it says all is fine. But there is no internet connection. Pretty much tried everything that was available on website.

@Saintforu there is a fault state where the hub is physically connected (hencecthe test results) but no data flows which is caused by a fault in the server connecting you to Sky's network. Powering down the hub for at least an hour normally clears this. Sky have around 6 million broadband customers and the odd server fault unavoidable.
If that doesnt work give Sky a call
