The worst broadband I’ve had

Sky boardband is as bad as my old dail up internet connection from 20+ years ago

@Glennt79 if you want help from forum members who are customersclike yourself you will havecto explain further. However run the service checker innthe My Sky app or website and see what speed Sky tests say your hub is connected at if you click through it will give the last 3cweekscresults and if there is an issue offervhelp.

The sky app says it's running at 147mb/s
but the fact everything takes forever to load and Speedtest .net says otherwise (10-20mb/s) I don't believe it
I've tried contacting sky it's good for a bit then goes bad again tried rebooting ect it's just a bad servic

Having the same problem .. when checking on Speedtest it shows much lower internet Speed .. need talk to a sky assistant.. they always scrolling down your internet ...
