So I've used the online WiFi checker that says all is sunshine with no problems which is a complete lie. The service keeps dropping and interrupting all services such as mid battle games which is very frustrating. Sky calls me. Wants to access my personal phone to mess around with the router. It's your device, you fix it. You are not using and accessing my personal phone to do your job!! Sky is in breach of contract for not delivering the service we pay for so I want out!!
