The wi fi signal keeps dropping or is slow

We are new to Sky Broardband & Wi Fi after moving from BT.

We are having issues in some areas of the house (including rooms next to the room where the Hub is) reciving reliable Wi Fi. This was not the case with BT. Would it be possible to advise.
