The signal often disappears

We had a wi-fi router installed in the bedroom, although we asked to install it in the living room, now we have a problem, the signal in the living room is very poor and often there is no Internet at all, even if the doors are open. We need Internet in the hall, but the cable is short and we cannot transfer wi-fi to the hall. What should we do? Thank you!

Sounds like you need a booster. If you have the Sky WiFi Max or Sky boost addons with your package then you can claim a booster free of charge from Sky. If you dont have these then you'll have to look at 3rd party options or subscribe to one.
