Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Fantail assuming other devices are woorking normally the most frequent issue thst causes freezing on a Stream puck is a poor wifi signal. Inmany homes including my own a single Skky hub cannot provide a strong enough wifi signal for the pucks to work reliably especially thosecin more distant rooms.
You can buy whole home wifi set ups to replacec the Sky wifi or you can buy Sky's own Wifi Max bundle which comes with up to 3 extenders if needed for an extra £7.50 a month. Cheapest solution, if it is practical, is to use an ethernet cable frommthe hub to the puck.

My puc's are hard wired, when I test the speed I'm getting 900mbs, as I use toob, I also have a gaming hub from tp-link I have remote cameras on my wifi all working at the time the tv goes down, which as I said is hard wired, the fault must either be the pucs or sky, it happens on all sky channel's
