The newly delivered sky max router with booster is faulty

Hi I received my new router today. I am sorry to say that it is faulty. SkyQ boxes are not being connected with wps. Even the wireless printer is not getting connected. It is failed after 3 attempts. My previous router was far better than this. Can you please replace this newly delivered used router? I never expected this from sky router to be honest. Thanks Milan

@Milan-Suter the hub is very unlikely to be faulty however there are are issues connecting some devices. Only your main Sky Q box can be connected directly to the hub which is best done by using the non-Sky router method of entering the password rather than using wps. Any Sky Q minis have to be connected to the main Q box by wps they cannot be connected directly by WiFi to the new hub or pod. You will lose the ability to connect your other devices to the Q boxes' hotspots.

Printers can be difficult to connect the best advice is to go to the manufacturers website and find out how to do a factory reset after which it should connect. If using wps when pressing the button on the hub release the button when the light starts flashing blue.

I think it is faulty. Even my alexa echo dot was not being connected. I am now using my old one. trying to contact sky to replace the new router and take it back completely.
