The line has been cut off or broken there’s no connection.
The outside line has been cut off or broken by the winds, therefore we have no internet. Could someone come and look at the issue please? We work from home.

Posting on here isn't the way to report this so I would suggest calling Sky and letting them know what had happened.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
