@Hod2402 as a first step run the service checker in the My Sky while the hub is connected as that will give you the last speed test result and if yiu click through the last month's figures and the guaranteed speed fir your line. If the speed is below that figure it should offer further help including booking an engineer. You can also call Sky but the service checker is quicker and easier.

If that looks ok the speed issue is likely to be slow wifi tomyour device in your home which usnt covered by the same guarantee as it out of Sky's control. They can sell you an add-on which can provide up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
