The internet is really slow and temporamental

Is there anything that can be done to improve the line? or maybe update to a better deal. Thinking of leaving for Virgin because it's pretty bad line.

@HarrietHHH if you are on a partial fibre servicecthe speed your line can support willbe limited by its length. If you run the service checker in the My Sky app you will see the current speed the hub is connected at and if you click through it should show you the history for the last few weeks and the guaranteed speed for your line. If tge app finds a fault it can offer further help.

 

If that looks ok but your devices connected by wifi are running slowly then getting a faster connection wont help as the limitation is the wifi signal in your home. Improving the WiFi will help. Virgin Media do offer faster speeds than Sky can over partial fibre but the same issue with wifi spedds can still apply.
