The hub is on with green lights but not showing on my devices to connect

I have done the call and followed all aspects of connecting to my devices.  

The green lights are on but when I want to connect my iPhone, speakers, tv etc. it's says the hub is not detected.      It shows nothing with my sky number etc.      

 

please this has been on going for months with dropping in and out but now nothing.       I am not happy with sky at present as always issues.    Please can you sort this out.

This is a customer helps customer support forum so what have you tried, have you tried turning the hub off at the mains for 5 minutes then after turning it back on waiting a further 5 minutes before checking again to see if it then works again.
