The form to book a home move (for broadband) is broken

Every time I use the form to say I am moving it comes back with 'Technical fault'. So what am I meant to do next?

This is, incidentally, also a complaint about how there's no contact numbers or anything given if the website breaks down. You need a perfect website if you're going to give people no other contact details. And the website doesn't work.

@annoyed111 you will have to call in the normal reason is that either that Sky cannot supply broadband at the new address which is unusual or there is some complication thst needs to be discussed. It would help,if ghe form told you that but unfortunately it doesn't.
