The wifi is working fine, but neither ethernet ports on my sky hub work anymore.

Does anyone know how I can conntact Sky and ask for a replacement sky hub? I would prefer to not call as I will be waiting for hours...

@MichaelIXThe only way to get a replacement is to call Sky, just dial 150 on your landline. Listen through the voice prompts.
