The broadband speed is too low
The speed suddenly became low, I can't even use it. I can connect but the speed too low and I check the hub there's no lights show on the hub

@Lowspeed1 if there are literally no lights on the hub it is simply not powered see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start so I assume you mean there are no unusual lights. First step run the Service Checker here No connection or slow WiFi | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com and click on the broadband link which should give the current speed your hub is connected at, the recent history and the guaranteed speed for your line. If there is an issue where the speed is below the guatantee you should be offered help if not call Sky.
However if speeds to the hub are OK slow speeds will be down to the performance your home network. Devices connected by Ethernetvcables should becable to access around 90% of the connection speed (the difference is down to network overheads) devices using WiFi however are often far slower. WiFi speeds are affected by the layout of your home and how it is built. Many homes need more than a basic Sky hub to get fast wifi in everyroom.
