The broadband keeps dropping out and leaving me with the wheel of death

Fed up with Sky broadband and there non personal service - cant get anything checked out and keep getting pointed to the web site - im old school i just want to talk to someone and have these ongoing issues sorted once and for all - employ some people so your customers get the service they deserve !!!!!!!!!

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
