The network connection has been ineffective in the living room, where both the television and the Sky Hub are located. This lack of functionality is due to the fact that the Sky Hub was installed in the corridor, which seems to hinder its ability to provide a strong and stable connection to the devices in the nearby living area. As a result, the phone is unable to connect properly to the network, leading to frustrating interruptions when trying to access the internet or utilize streaming services. This situation significantly diminishes the overall experience of using the TV and may affect the enjoyment of watching shows or movies, as consistent internet access is crucial for streaming content smoothly.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Joseph37 you can possibly get a longer cable so the hub can be moved into your main living area. Nothing special required if you have a full fibre service with an ONT with lights you need an Ethernet cable with rj46 connecters. If you are still on a service using the opper phone lines and phone socket you need a DSL cable with rj11 adapters.
It may be possible to get the service moved but there can be costs involved best to ask Sky. The other option is to get a wifi extender but iif a sinngle wall is reducing the signal so much it sounds like you have solid walls which will always make WiFi difficult.
