The Sky Q single does not reach rooms in my house & my garden study. Very disappointing. Pleae advis

Broadband signal is weak or poor in part of my home.

@23Thur27 wifi dignal level is affected by the layout, type of construction and level of interference in your home so its not unusual the Sky hub on its own cannot provide good sifi in every room. If you have Sky Q TV boxes they act as wifi hotspots but if the Q boxes are not connecting properly to the hub call Sky as thry dhould either send you a router or send an engineer to check thecsystem.
