The LoS light on my fibre is red

As the title says the Loss of Signal light is on on my fibre box, I have tried everything I can do in my house and nothing has worked I just want to know of there is an issue down the pipeline or if there is some temporary outage. I finally have a day off of work and I just want to relax but I have been at this for 4 hours with unhelpful bots so please can someone help.

The LOS light means the fibre isn't lit, so it will be an external fault and not something you can fix. 

 

It might be worth checking the network status here: https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus/broadband-and-talk otherwise  all you can do is phone it into customer services.

@Erimar As @Deb3000 has pointed out BAD light to have on and the WORST one to see on the ONT for sure.
