Recently, my sky broadband hub randomly stopped giving me internet and the internet light has turned off. I've tried rebooting the hub, disconnecting the cables for hours and plugging them back in after. When i check the sky settings on google chrome, it shows "DSL down" and "Broadband disconnected". What can I do to fix this?

Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that you need to flow to the very end.
