The Internet isn’t working. I run tests on the app and it said everything should be fine, but it’s n

The Wi-Fi isn't working. I keep running tests and it said it should be fine, but it's just not coming on and can't get a signal anywhere.

@Oliver27  How long has your broadband been down for? Is it more than 1 hour as the service checker will not show anything different till the laspse in time of 1 hour without service.

Mine has been exactly the same. I have only noticed of an evening because that's the only time I use it. WiFi during the day is fine when working from home but if an evening it completely drops out. I cannot connect on my phone or via the Sky Q box. I have reset the Sky Q box and the internet router multiple times. Service checker says everything is fine when clearly it is not as I cannot connect to anything. Shocking service from Sky
