Thanks for giving me a new gratefulness to wifi

I must say, Sky has absolutely and utterly changed my view and perception on the importance of WiFi and good connection. I have well and truly learnt that good WiFi and connection may be the difference maker in efficient work, closing deals, effective communications between myself and clients and so much more. I never knew and realised the scale of how important my WiFi was to my career success and making money for a living. Now how is it do you think I have gained this newfound gratefulness for WiFi? Because for the past month, without fail my internet completely and utterly cuts out at least every 4-6 hours for 30+ minutes at a time. I want to thank Sky for helping me find a gratefulness to WiFi and also thank them for putting me 100 steps behind where I'd like to be and motivating me to work harder so that I can make up all that I have lost from UNeffective communications, INefficient work, and lost deals. Thank you so so much Sky, I'm eternally grateful.

We are customers here on a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.

After all that we need to point out that Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic subscription and whilst it's fine for customers to use it for working from home they won't receive extra or quicker help.

@HMoh

If your running your own business or constantly interacting with clients you should have a business level broadband connection, not a domestic Sky broadband connection.
