Thanks....but no thanks.

I've had the same experience with a bank as well as Sky - you navigate all the online help but end up - eventually - being told you have to telephone - to make your case - for a simple thing like asking for a wifi-extender. Why in this day and age is it necessary?

You might have got this sorted by now by it you don't want to call you can either use social media to contact Sky about this or go and buy one somewhere yourself. 

If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:

Yes, thank you.  I did use social media but was told the only way is to telephone. I do have wi-fi max but just don't see why I have to make the case over the telephone, in this day and age.
