Broadband test says all ok but no WiFi

Mines doing that right now and I can't seem to get it back on. It's my birthday too so happy sucky birthday to me 😑.

@Anitawardle  If you are running the service checker that shows historical data and you need to run a broadband test by clicking on broadband on that very same screen.

 

@Jeniie93Can you put the first part of your postcode if you are still having issues this morning with your broadband to check.

I have leessed both wifi and broadband checker.  My devices have the wifi sign but none are wirking and also says on sky ni devoces connected.  My ring doirbell all alexa devises say ynBle to connect.

ive been on holiday last ring doorbell activity was 27th July 3.40pm so presume that's the day it went down as no connection or movement since

@AnitawardleWhat lights are on the router just now? If you follow the link below from what router model you have it should give you directions to either call or come back here for more help.
