@GaryNi try turning off your hub for 30 minutes as that should clear the fault. When looking at the test the initial result you see is from the last routine test but if you click to run the test it normally picks up faults but occasionally it wont if the internet light is green but the voice light is amber as the issue is with the server you are connecting to.

I did run the test twice and did then switch it off and on again as it said all was okay.
