Test WiFi all good but hub not connected
Last couple days my internet has not worked. I've used my sky app WiFi test and everything green. But the hub itself show yellow leds and internet flashing yellow

@Cooperfamilyhouse have you tried rebooting you hub by turning it off at the plug for 30 deconds then turn it back on again
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@Cooperfamilyhouse Resets are just a temporary fix, Sky's routers are awful, I've had problems for months, ring them and they suggest sending out a replacement I've had 4 or 5 replacements and they all do the same thing, rang them this morning explaining the problems I've had and currently have, escalated to Openreach and then 5 minutes later get a text saying the issue has been resolved, from the router resetting itself on a daily basis to the voice light turning amber I've had enough I wish my contract was almost up so I could cancel honestly
