Terrible terrible wifi speeds
I have had problems since joining sky. My guarentee is 44.9Mb/s, I can't get past 8Mb/s right now, I have had both sky technicians round and even openreach to progress my issues. I was told there was nothing they could do until the scaffolding in my building is gone, which it isn't, but even then I was still averaging 24Mb/s which is much better than the 0.9Mb/s I just got on the app. Please can this be looked into or a guarentee that my monthly bill will be greatly compensated due to the poor numbers I am receiving. I would atleast like to be back to 20+ while I wait for the scaffolding to go

That's presumably the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed, which relates to the cabled connection as far as the Sky Hub and not WiFi coming from it.

Re: Terrible terrible wifi speeds
You can claim a one-month subscription refund for speed falling below the GMDS, but there's no option to bargain for a partial fix.
