Terrible service

Just got new faster broadband installation on Tuesday not working already anyone else this issue terrible service for the price no help on phone

@Pamela23  Have you tried to run the broadband test and does it complete?

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

If this does not work to enable you to book an engineer come back let us know.
