Terrible router signal
Since moving to sky my router signal is terrible.
streming from the sky hub fails constantly and wifi signal around the house is poor at best.
i can get hold of sky at all, no email, no live chat like all other companies.
we never had an issue with either talk talk or Vodafone, since under the consumer rights Im not getting what was advertised ie wifi signal in every room we are going to cancel and move back to a reliable service provider unless I can actually get a response from sky.
the in app help send you in circles, no use what so ever.

Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these. Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.
