Terrible broadband & phone since full fibre service set up

I moved.  I got a full fibre broadband and talk deal.  Broadband is not working adequately.  Apparently phone cuts out after several rings too! I upgraded router to try resolve the constant buffering and signal too weak  for my ring doorbell and security.  Installed new router.  PROBLEMS PERSIST.  SKY health checks show all okay.  I am losing my mind - i cannot do ANYTHING online with this service.  Mid way between purchases the buffering starts on my ipad and /or my iphone.  I cannot log in to any of my accounts INCLUDING SKY the buffering is unacceptable.  I really need some help to resolve.  This is not a service this is a nightmare.  PLEASE HELP URGENTLY

Approx how many devices are connected to the hub? 
Do these problems still happen if you try with ethernet?
