The end of PSTN telephone service (now scheduled for January 2027) is separate to using broadband for email and any other purposes.
If you have a Q Hub (or earlier Sky hardware) then that will be due for replacement by the end of 2025 with a model that has a phone socket for 'digital voice' calls.
