Tenants can't open their own account

Hi

 

I cancelled my account about 18months ago when my house flooded. Now my house is sorted and tenants are moving in, but they are trying to get their own Sky account to the house but have been told that an account is still linked to the house and a new one cannot be opened. But my account was closed, so much so I still get calls asking if I wanted to sign back up. Nd I'm not paying anything either. How can I get it so the tenants can open an account?
