TeamSpeak 3 Failed to resolve hostname

I'm having trouble connecting to a TeamSpeak server. It's a Russian server, but it doesn't block European IPs — other users from Europe can connect without any issues.

However, when I try to connect without a VPN, I get the error: "Failed to resolve hostname." But when I use a VPN, the connection works fine. Other TeamSpeak servers work normally even without a VPN, so the issue seems to affect only this specific server.

I think my ISP is blocking the connection to this server

Have you got Sky Broadband Shield set to 18 (or switched off?)
