Tapo 320 not linking to the network via the new hub

Hello

I can't get my Tapo 320ws security camera to link via sky hub to my IPhone.  I was working fine. I am a new customer to Sky. Changed from Virgin. The hub is in the same place also the camera had not been moved. Camera rebooted

@R0B7 if you have a white Sky hub you may need to reduce the WiFi security setting as some devices cannt connectvtomthe default level. You can find this setting inntge My Sky app under Product Settings choose the Sky Max hub and tgen Advanced setiings in the WiFi securityvsection change the setting from WPA3-T to WPA2 and save. Hopefullybthe camera will now connect..

@R0B7

I don't believe  there's any way to change the WiFi network on Tapo cameras other than a factory reset & starting again. No fun when installed up high & you have to unscrew the tiny panel & access the reset button!

You could try changing the SSID & password f the SKy router to match the outgoing Virgin one. That may let the camera connect without resetting it, but you'll almost certainly have to reduce the WiFi security as @Chrisee said as well.
