Talk Talk Router still giving me internet and I’ve moved to sky yesterday

Why is my talk talk router still active when ive allegedly went live with sky broadband yesterday? Had no sky connection so decided to try TT router and guess what!!! I have internet 😡

That suggests your activation did not go through. Have you checked the order tracking in the My Sky app?

Open Reach said the OND box or whatever was "off" but it's never been turned off 🤷‍♀️😢 WiFi but no internet for over 24hrs now so decided to reconnect old TT router and it's giving me internet

Yes open reach said OND box was powered off so I decided to try TT Router and it worked why?

As I said it sounds like your activation/switchover has not gone ahead. I would recommend you give Sky a call to find out whats going on
