Tado internet bridge

I've just taken a new account with Sky and have a new Sky Q hub. On my old box, I could use my Tado internet bridge from the USB port on the back of the box as a power source for it, it controls my heating. On the new box, no power comes out. Any idea how I can solve this if there is even a way?

@Florakitty check with Tado's excellent customer support, but I suspect you'll need a plug in 5v power supply brick.

I believe the OP was powering the bridge from the Q Hub?

AIUI the newer hubs do not provide sufficient juice from the USB sockets.

@Florakitty

You'll need a power adapter. If you have one with a USB port laying around then you could use that or I'm sure Tado will send one
