TV won’t accept Router settings

Hi,

Have just bought a new TV for use upstairs. Connects fine to the router, but will not allow for internet connection as will only accept DHCP security settings and not WPA2. Is there any way to change this? Totally clueless!

DHCP is unrelated to security settings.  If the television has a WPS option then I'd suggest trying that with a button press on the internet router.

Are you connecting via Wi-Fi or Via Ethernet?

 

Connecting via ethernet is the easiest option, should connect straight away to the network
