TV’s struggling to connect to the internet

I've recently upgraded our internet and received a new Hub. Since installing it, my tv's struggle to connect to the internet, apps on the tv buffer for ages and the internet drops out from time to time.
I've run a check and it's saying everything is ok, but something isn't right. I've tried restarting the internet, turning it off for a few minutes, then reconnecting. I've reset tvs and reconnected,  but nothing seems to resolve the issue.

@Stuart152 What was involved in your upgrade and did you move to a new hub!

I went from a standard sky hub, not sure what model, but it was a couple of years old to a sky max hub. 
just plugged it in, then started connecting devises

@Stuart152 As you have the sky Max hub and did not do or get anything else done, have you tried adjusting the WPA mode on the max hub with your app, and are you mostly having issues with the Wireless Wi-Fi side. Going from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK may help as a starting point!
