TV issues via broadband

My Tv is still buffering even after the extender and doesnt make any difference if I plug the extender in various parts of the house. We are on 3 levels in the house and this is ground floor issue? Only been with sky a month so fed up with it wish I stayed with EE.

@Bragsy there have been a spate of similar reports where Sky's hubs have been under performing. So Sky can understand why this is being reported I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

I called customer service again and another booster will be sent to see if it helps otherwise I will need to wait till December for an engineer.
