Systems have detected unusual traffic…??!!

Error message on iPhone when on Google ‘our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network' I then have to solve a captcha, why is this happening and how do I stop it please?

This is usually down to having Private Relay turned on when using Safari, it isn't related specifically to Sky Broadband.
