Switching to sky got offered a voucher but haven’t heard since

Ive switched to sky last month.

When I made the switch I was offered a gift card of I think £80 to various supermarkets.

i have now activated my sky broadband and paid the first bill yet haven't heard anything back from them about redeeming the gift card

@Izab21  Have you been in contact with the company that is the issuer of the giftcard to find out how long you have to wait for this to be sent?

December last year i switched through sky website that said ide recieve vouchers amazon but 5 month now and sky claim it was not off them?
