Switching on my Meross, plug but need 2.4 but as

Hello , my Meross plugs have decided not to work and it's because they need 2.4 gh I have tried the 192 sky up address but when I try to log in admin & sky , a box keeps popping up saying my password will be encrypted so I cannot spit between 2.4 and 5gz on an old black box.

I have tried that but after I press WiFi and attempt to log in using admin & sky password I get this

@Carl6789 What sky hub do you have, say it's name from the link above! Pictures have to be approved and checked before cleared for general viewing!

@Carl6789 identify which Sky hub do you have as shown in the picture here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start?

If it is the black hub on the top line then the admin password is the default wifi passkey on the label which has to be typed exactly as written and check you are reading it correctly as it contains numbers and letters and a 1 can look like a I and a 0 look like a O or vice versa. Try using a different browser as some can have issues connecting.

The two hubs on the bottom line use admin and the word sky. Note if you have one of those units call Sky to get it replaced as they are becoming obsolete.

The two white hubs do not allow wifi bands to be split and are controlled in the My Sky app.

Thankyou , I did manage to split bands in the router set up , but Merosss set up plugs still didn't work , . Sou just ordered Nous smart plugs that are Dual Band 2,4 and 5g I will see tomorrow if these work
