I'm a NOW Broadband Powered by Sky customer. I'm getting pretty sick of NOW making it more and more difficult to manage my account, and after a recent price hike I want to move.
I want to move to Sky Broadband, however when I look for deals on the Sky website, it says there is already an existing Sky line at the property (due to my NOW broadband), yet it won't let me create a Sky ID so I can manage it through Sky, or give me any indication of how to switch over.
How can I move from NOW Broadband to Sky?
