Switching deal or leaving

Hello, I'm really not happy with how much I'm currently paying at the moment just for my broadband and how much it's due to go up, I'll be paying £40 a month from April and I'm only using internet which I find quite pricy just for that. Are there any better deals around that I can switch to or am I in any contract, will their be a charge for me if I leave and go to another provider?

Thanks,

shannon

@Anonymous  You're not talking to Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum, We cannot do any deals for you, you will need to call Sky to discuss any discounts.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you're still monitoring this thread - once you receive your letter/email regarding the upcoming price increase you can cancel a broadband subscription penalty free within 30 days of that notification. It does not apply to a TV subscription.
