I have come to the end of my fixed term agreement for my broadband and have switched to another ISP.
When speaking to a SKY advisor a few weeks ago i was told that SKY would automatically be cancelled when i switched, but it looks like my SKY accoutn is still on-goign and has future bill amounts etc.
has anyone else had this, or know what i need to do to get it all sorted out?
I've given up phoning SKY as each time i speak to someone, its a different answer, and non of them seem to be right!
Thanks folks

One-touch switching applies only if the move is to another Openreach ISP, not to Virgin or any altnet full-fibre provider.
It also doesn't apply to any television services from Sky, even if the new ISP also offers subscription television.

Thanks @TimmyBGood , it was to another OpenReach service, they came and installed / set up for me last week. It was also internet only, i dont have SKY TV anymore (this ended about 4 months ago).
