Switched to sky broadband and no reception on tv in̈ bedroom

Just switched to Sky broadband and now have no signal on tv in bedroom. Have followed instructions but nothing helps.

@Bishopton1  A "No Signal" message on your TV is not a broadband related issue nor can it be caused by changing broadband providers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
