Switched to a new contract and now just keeps buffering

I switched to a new broadband contract had a new hub delivered and it kept buffering. The tests were showing it was ok my end but not ok over the phone health check. Spoke to sky who sent me out a new hub to try and a week in and I'm having exactly the same problems. When sky sent the second hub out it came with no lead to connect to my open reach socket. I had to use the old lead. I will phone sky again tomorow, but it's becoming rather Frustrating as I had no issues with my old hub (before I changed contracts due to my one running out)
