I have switched from nowtv which I was getting 39MB download with. Now that I'm with sky I get 32MB download. My minumum guaranteed speed was aroudn 45MB with a higher estimate. Can I get them to reset my DLM?

There is a line fault somewhere. We can escalate to sky but the quickest way to book an engineer would be to call sky on 150 from your landline or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
